DHCD Maryland Nonprofit Recovery Initiative Round IIx Details

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is offering a second opportunity (Round II) to apply to the Maryland Nonprofit Recovery Initiative (NORI). Round II has up to $9 million in funding available. Eligibility requirements for Round II DHCD NORI have been expanded to allow nonprofit organizations with an annual operating budget over $5 million and more than 50 employees to apply for funding.

Round II DHCD NORI will be for nonprofits whose mission and work is focused on the economic development and economic recovery of Maryland communities as well as those nonprofits that focus on the health and human services and housing of underserved Maryland populations. This Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) pertains only to the up to $9 million available for Round II and provides a preview of the application. The application for this funding is projected to be available online Wednesday, August 12.
